Account Manager (Business Development)

Job purpose: Develop client portfolio and successfully achieve the sales target

Main responsibilities:

- Be reponsible for maintaining and developing client portfolio by proactively indentifying new business and building up database of potential clients

- Deploy the consultative sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target

- Conduct a various way of finding prospects, analyse sale opportunities and propose a strategy to put it in reality

- Support in negotiation with insurers to get the best offers

- Closely coordinate with the designated managers to prepare presentation files, proposals, contracts and check documents prior to delivery and marking a deal with clients

- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by Group

- Be the client relationship manager for assigned clients

- Cooperate with Claim Department to ensure client satisfication in claim settlement

- Coordinate with Accounting Department to assure premium and/or commission collection

- Coordinate well with other sale staff to promote general sale result for the Department and Branch

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree

- At least 03 years working experience in Insurance with broker, insurer or at similar role in B2B sales/ business development 

- Understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processing is advantage

- Strong customer management and selling skills

- Client-oriented, innovative and quick-learning

- Good problem solving, time-management & negotiation skills

- Willing to work under high pressure

- Initiative and critical sense ownership

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Proactive and autonomous

- Fluent English in both writing and speaking skills 

- Microsoft Office
