Hours & Availability: Full Time (8h – 17h30 Mon – Fri & every other Saturdays).
Can work overtime and night shifts as the customers are foreigners. (Night shifts with 150% salary)

Objective:
Support and make report required by Supervisors/ Manager.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc. Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Write and post information to Social networks
Job Requirement
Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – IELTS: 6.5+ or relevant
Candidates must possess Bachelor's degree (University Degree) in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, Good problem solving.
