JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Participate in developing and implementing policies, procedures, regulations and internal documents related to employees, updating the Labor Regulations system, Collective Labour Agreement according to current regulations as assigned by Department’s Manager.

- Manager, deploy, implement record/data including paper records and human resource management software.

- Deploy, implement and supervise employees to sign probationary contract, probationary contract end evaluation, Labor contract, procedures for renewing labor contract, termination procedures, information confidentiality commitments and other commitments according to the Company’s regulations.

- Participate in building, deploying, implementing a periodic employee performance evaluation system, competency standards as assigned.

- Deploy, implement and supervise the periodic labor reports, including: declaration of labor use, labor accidents,… and send them to authorities in accordance with regulations.

- Participate in building, deploying, implementing the regulations/reports related to the Labor Conference, democratic systems, meeting minutes, and reports,…

- Organize, implement, and supervise exit interviews for staff level and other positions as required by management.

- Deploy, implement and supervise to promptly receive and respond to employee questions and complaints regarding human resource policies.

- Deploy, implement and supervise the procedures, processes for disciplinary measures, labor disputes.

- Organize, implement company activities (Teambuilding, Training, birthday parites…)

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduated University

- Having more than 3 years of experience

- Fluent in English/Chinese

- Proficiency in MS office

- Having knowledge of Labour law, human recourse management, labor relations, human resource psychology
