Job Description

Be responsible for schedule adjustment and management for General Director (GD)
Arrange business trips and process various payments for GD
Manage documents which are approved by GD
Accompany with GD when he visits the dealers (including business trips)
Support GD’s internal tasks
Take the tasks of interpreting and translating if needed
Carry out other tasks assigned by the Company

Job Requirement

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree holder
Language: Japanese (N1/N2) & English (communication)
Having Secretarial/ Administrative experience in Automotive industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
