The General Manager/ Residence Manager is responsible for the planning, developing and articulation of corporate goals; He/she plans, develops and establishes policies and objectives of the organization in accordance with Board directives and corporation charter.
Responsibilities:
· Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate (both in professional Vietnamese and English language) corporate goals to internal and external stakeholders.
· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with departmental heads to formulate strategy and policies, plan objectives, and establish responsibilities and procedures to achieve goals.
· Financial Oversight: Direct and coordinate the development of financial programs to fund new projects, maximize returns on investments, and increase productivity.
· Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of executives to ensure compliance with established policies and objectives.
· Legal Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with relevant legislation, such as the Companies Act and Land Titles regulations.
· Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with relevant authorities, including the Land Titles Registry and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
· Financial Signatory: Act as a cheque signatory jointly with the Chief Executive Officer or Financial Controller.
Job Requirement
1. Degree in Business Administration
2. Experience:
At least eleven years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with 5 years in the property development or management environment.
3. Competencies:
- Managerial Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
