Provide strategic advice, develop plans, and implement actions as per the directives from the Board of Directors (BOD) / Parent Company.
Build a resource system and an international business team for the parent company's products.
Prepare and present activity reports to the BOD / Parent Company.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the BOD / Parent Company.
Oversee and take full responsibility for all company operations.
Develop and promote the company’s brand.

Job Requirement
Male/Female, 45-50 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following fields: Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, other engineering disciplines, International Trade, Business Administration, Diplomacy, etc.
Have 05 years of exprience at CEO/General Manager/General Director in Construction/Steels Industry
Strong leadership and management skills, with an extensive network of relationships and customer database. Proven experience in building and managing international teams.
Preference given to candidates with experience in senior roles such as Director/Department Head at companies within related industries such as Import-Export, Trade, Finance, Consulting, etc. Experience in steel structures/ pre-engineered steel buildings is an advantage.
Fluently in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet international travel requirements
