<Job Responsibilities>
・Provide legal support for projects carried out by companies both in Vietnam and abroad.
・Engage in daily legal affairs.
(The scope of work is not limited to Vietnam.)
・Manage legal matters related to overseas investments and M&A
・Understand business laws and regulations in each relevant country
・Create a contract or check its contents

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Fluent in English
・Have studying abroad experience
・Have more than 5years of working experience in a Legal position or Lawyer in any industry
・Have any legal qualifications
・Have extensive legal knowledge regarding business in Vietnam
・Have knowledgeable about the laws of Vietnam, the United States, and Southeast Asia
・Personality: Cheerful, Self-motivated, Active

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Graduation from an overseas law university
・Having good knowledge in M&A
・Have Vietnam or overseas legal qualifications
