· Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand positioning.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
· Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize brand impact.
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including traditional and digital media.
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
· Work closely with external agencies and vendors to develop creative assets and marketing materials.
· Conduct regular market visits and participate in trade shows and events to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Assistant Brand Manager/ Senior Assistant Brand Manager in Personal care/ Cosmetics companies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
