Naked Foods (Naked Sushi Brand) is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to drive brand growth, visibility, and engagement in Vietnam’s dynamic F&B market. Brand Marketing Lead is responsible for shaping and executing brand strategy, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all social touchpoints, and creating marketing campaigns that captivate our target audience.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, passionate about storytelling, and skilled in digital and offline marketing .This role requires strong leadership, market insights, and a data-driven approach to optimize brand performance and customer engagement. The Brand Marketing Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, culinary, and digital marketing, to create memorable brand experiences that drive customer loyalty and business growth.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across social media platforms.
  • Ensure that social media activities align with Naked Sushi’s overall marketing strategy, branding, and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to optimize marketing effectiveness.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and manage content across all necessary social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop a one-year social content plan to maintain consistency and ensure a well-balanced posting frequency.
  • Supervise the production of visual content, including images, videos, and designs, by collaborating with internal teams or external partners when needed.
  • Write creative and engaging content that aligns with Naked Sushi’s tone of voice.

3. Community Management

  • Monitor and manage comments and brand mentions on social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the customer community and influencers to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to gather customer feedback, improve brand perception, and develop engagement programs.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytical tools to measure success.
  • Provide regular reports on key social media metrics and propose improvements based on data insights.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content and enhance customer engagement strategies.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Ads team to synchronize online and offline campaigns, attract customers, and increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure high-quality and visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Identify and collaborate with local partners to create handcrafted products that blend Japanese spirit with Vietnamese materials.
  • Support the organization of events, influencer marketing campaigns, and digital promotions.

6. Offline Marketing & In-Store Experience.

  • Work closely with store managers to create marketing activations for different branches and ensure that in-store experience reflects Naked Sushi’s brand values, from design to customer service interactions
  • Leverage seasonal promotions, pop-up events, and tasting experiences to drive customer’s traffic.
