Mô tả Công việc

  • Lead the development of channel and trade strategies and execution of brand and trade promotion in order to achieve annual sales budget as plan.
  • Provide a channel activity plan, based on given budget and ensure effective implementation and carry out evaluation of in-store national/channel activities
  • Develop and ensure all POP materials, selling tools, sales presenter and giveaways as well as channel/ customer activities and communication comply to latest marketing plan/ brand guidelines supplied by Marketing
  • Frequently visit the market nationwide in order to understand and analysis the market and competitors’ situation for designing the effective promotion programs
  • Recommend channel investment plan according to company objectives and priorities and agree with Sales and Marketing
  • Design, control and evaluate trade spending effectiveness under budget
  • Develop monthly sales and trade promotion programs and deploy to sales team for execution
  • Initiate and propose marketing opportunities such as NPD or channel development
  • Control A&P spending under budget
  • Coordinate with distributor for trade activity execution and monitor performances of sales and distribution in all channels
  • Well coordinate with demand and supply planning functions of distributor and VNPP to ensure forecast accuracy and sufficient stocks available for sales
  • Work with other departments eg. Technical, Finance, Accounting, Marketing for smooth and effective operations
  • Work under new assignments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years in Trade marketing or Channel development in FMCG
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer Literacy
  • Good analytical, be creative, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated and self-starter
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, and compromising skills
  • Strong team player, communication and listening skills
  • Leader, problem-solving skills, coaching and training skills
  • Good planning and management skill.
  • Able to travel for business trip
