Sales Planning and Performance Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies for both campaign-driven and baseline activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
Campaign Execution:
Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that meet or exceed targets. This includes defining campaign objectives, brand vs. creator planning, managing budgets, preparation, and campaign execution.
Paid Ads Management:
Oversee the performance of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize spend and ROI.
Performance Analytics:
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce detailed reports for stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve campaign strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Creator Management team, the Commercial team, and the Operations team to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving sales targets. Facilitate smooth collaboration between all parties involved in sales campaigns.
Target Achievement:
Take charge of meeting and exceeding GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) / Revenue targets through effective campaign management and strategic initiatives.
Special Projects and New Products Development:
Lead and manage special projects and new product development as assigned by the Head of Marketing.
