Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with Sales Team to operate the Merchant Onboarding from day 1
Manage after-sales process including document processing & product trainings
Follow-up activities and develop business strategies for Savyu’s Merchants
Collect Merchant feedback and common concerns to enhance service excellence
Support IT Team to prioritize and implement Merchant features (MVP mindset)
Collaborate with IT to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements
Be proactive to propose ideas to solve any key merchants problems.
Performing requirements analysis and validating user stories for IT Team
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Other tasks as required.
Job requirements
Good attitude, self-discipline, quick learner
Excellent communication skill
Have 1 years experience in business support/ customer success/ business analysis
Preferable at least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce;
Have experience in training, setting up and tracking KPI for team
Good command of English and MS. Office
Experienced in working with retailers/merchants is a plus
Good sense of data comprehension
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
