• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand complex data and reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence tools using Power BI or equivalent platforms.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and predictions, providing actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
• Architect and maintain scalable data models, including data warehousing, ETL workflows, and governance standards.
• Develop and manage master data, data dictionaries, and Terms of Reference (TOR) for consistent data usage and communication.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across all analytics and reporting outputs.
• Drive predictive analytics initiatives to forecast trends, optimize strategies, and enhance decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior team members in data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Work with IT and data engineer to implement and optimize data architecture, ETL processes, and automation solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and methodologies.
• Support the implementation of data insights into operational workflows and strategic planning.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in Power BI or equivalent visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) for creating complex dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modelling.
• Experience with data architecture, including building master data and data dictionaries.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.

• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective English communication skills (written and verbal).
