Job Description:
· Manage Agency’s performance on online advertising campaigns via Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads etc., to generate leads and acquire customers;
· Initiate following and deeply analyze Digital metrics to evaluate and optimize the efficiency of Digital Activities, and collaborate with the Digital team;
· Plan and monitor the company‘s ongoing presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube;
· Gain insights into the latest online marketing trends and continually update marketing strategies;
· Propose SEO direction and collaborate with the content team to enhance the company’s website;
· Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rates, etc. to improve user experience and increase the number of traffic and leads;
· Identify key issues in different contexts and perspectives to deliver project objectives;
· Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), SEM Rush, and SimilarWeb;
· Continuously implement PDCA to improve advertisement performance to maintain the effective channel/content and improve ineffective activities by A/B test.
Other information:
· Working place: No 02, Pho Quang Street, Ward 02, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
· Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business is preferable;
· Proficiency in English communication & Microsoft Office;
· Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills;
· At least 2 years in Digital Marketing for lead generation, and performance tracking;
· Experience and Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media platform (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok) and web analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), SEM Rush, SimilarWeb, etc.
