Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
Implement a detailed monthly, quarterly and annual plan for both online and offline marketing activities, including:
+ Performance Ads (Facebook ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads…) and Digital Automation. Performance-related tasks account for approximately 50% of the workload.
+ Execute communication campaigns, brand building, integrated digital media campaigns.
Research market (customers, industries, competitors,...), formulate messages and competitive advantages to adjust and respond swiftly to market phases.
Continuously measure, analyze, report, and optimize digital marketing activities.
Research customers, identify customer needs, insights, goals, and pain points, thereby creating appropriate content and approaches.
Implement SEO activities to maintain and develop ADIVA top position in industry and total traffic.
Other breakthrough potential tasks.
Other tasks are required by the Director.
Develop a cohesive, efficient, and highly productive team.
Develop and maintain customer personas and customer journey maps, measure and optimize touchpoints.
Build and maintain connections with partners.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 05 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years at an equivalent managerial level.
Experienced operating Performance Ads systems, with a minimum budget of 1 billion VND per month.
Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, with knowledge of SEO. Strong strategic thinking, excellent data analysis skills, and good planning abilities (experience in project management preferred).
