Work in partnership with Relationship Managers in FDI Department for preparing credit applications by collecting client’s business information; financial and credit profile analysis, ensure good quality credit proposal and align with OCB’s credit policy;
Support Relationship Managers by preparing initial documentation pertaining to new relationship, client onboarding, KYC, loan and security documentation.
Proactively building trusted client relationships; maintain a close client engagement, build effective relationships to deliver a high quality of service to maximise utilisation of OCB’s products and services.
Directly advise on products and services that meet consumer needs. Identify the demands of existing and new customers in order to increase sales and cross-sell products (trade service, cash management, treasury).
Work with the operations department, internal stakeholders in order to provide valuable support in daily transactions, to ensure that all relevant information and checks have been obtained and support them in resolving any queries.
Regularly feedback to RM, Team Leader on new and anticipated financial and service needs and recommend appropriate improvements to processes on new products
Teamwork and Processes:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of transactions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product teams, risk management, and operations, to deliver integrated financial solutions.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Timely handling of customer issues, complaints, and product enquiries in accordance with established procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or financial services.
Strong financial analysis skills and ability to assess client creditworthiness and key risk considerations / mitigations
Sound product knowledge on trade, cash, lending and FX and strong understanding of local industries, supply/value chains and market environment
Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations related to business and commercial banking
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
