  • Greet and welcome guests in a pleasant and professional manner

  • Provide excellence guest service, while having the ability to predict and exceed the guest’s needs and expectations.

  • Acknowledge the guest immediately when they approach the host stand.

  • Knowledgeable of all the properties amenities and services, have the ability to make suggestions to promote the property.

  • Seat guests systematically to meet the needs of servers and business volumes.Maximize the use of the facility and staffing.

  • Seat guests and present a clean menu.May be required to pull chairs for guests and/or arrange (slide) tables together for large parties.

  • Perform all side work as assigned.

  • Monitor the line to ensure assist with the control and flow of traffic at the door.

  • Keep the work environment clean and organized, free of clutter.

  • Collect the menus and discard any that are tattered, torn or dirty.

  • Assure a smooth transition during shift change, remain on duty in position until a replacement is present.

  • Ensure tables are properly set to start each shift.

  • Pick up any debris on the floor.

  • As the guest departs the outlet, thank them for dining with you and extend a sincere invitation to dine with us again.

  • Handle guest complaints immediately, involve management when needed.

  • Keeps supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.

  • Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

  • Must have the ability to be productive for long periods of time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Vocational School Certificate is required.

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance, sweet smile.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

  • Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.

  • Office Microsoft knowledge required.

  • Strong memorization skills

  • Professional telephone etiquette skills.

  • Must have the computer skills to be proficient in the reservation system.

  • Must be able to stand for the entire work shift.

  • Outgoing and gregarious to initiate and engage guests in conversations.

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.

  • Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
