his is a full-time on-site role located in Long Thành for an Human Resources Assistant Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, all relevant admin task, engagement activities, internal and external audit.
The main Task:
Engage in building personnel structure, personnel division of the department in accordance with business development strategy of the company.
Participate in the development of relevant personnel assessment standards such as work goals, capabilities, performance results.
Participate and take main responsibility for internal audit and customer audit.
Develop policy plans, engagement activities, and cultural environment for employees.
Develop and improve processes and regulations related to administrative, emloyee relation….
Coordinated to answer questions of employees about internal rules of labor, timekeeping, salary and other welfare regimes.
Organizing, planning and supervising all events for the company annually
Perform the task be required by superior.

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Vietnam
Experience in preparing and conducting internal and customer audits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Adaptability, flexibility: ready for change in the diverse work environment.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Proficient in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
