- Manage admin duty related to Cobi Home (domitory/ cars / canteen…)
- Manage records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the Finance Officer;
- Manage a proper filing system and ensuring that all staff have easy access to it;
- Manage the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (printers, scanner, photocopier, internet connection, telephone, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner;
- Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning and housekeeping services;
- Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies;
- Issue and process lunch scheduling and purchase all kind of food to take a meal
- Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
- Manage the office by ensuring office working systems, dormitory system are all operating properly (eletrical fee, gas fee, internet connection, telephone, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner;
- Manage all staffs of HR & GA team & be responsible for report to General Manager.
- Support GD’s job, handle GD’s special requests.
- Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by Finance and Human Resources Manager
- Demonstrate good verbal and written English skills. (Mandarin, Korean is acceptable).
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
Education Level Required: Diploma Degree or above.
Professional designations: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources and administration
- Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
- Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
