Mô tả Công việc
Primary objective:
1.Manage accounts receivable and control documentation for internal customers.
2. Monitor, promote, and grow B2B internal sales.
3. Propose solutions to improve operational processes to optimize efficiency.
4.Complete assigned tasks by the B2B Operation Deputy Manager/Manager.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Manage Receivables and Documentation (25%)
- Monitor, check, and update internal customer receivables accurately and promptly.
- Control and store related documents such as PO, VAT invoices to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Report receivable status and arising issues daily/weekly/monthly.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to promptly resolve receivable and documentation issues.
2. Sales Growth (30%)
- Monitor sales performance and make recommendations to optimize and boost internal sales growth.
- Analyze sales data and propose key products, appropriate promotions for each internal customer.
- Coordinate with related departments to implement sales promotion activities according to the plan.
3. Control Processes and Procedures (15%)
- Ensure operational processes comply fully with company regulations.
- Update, adjust, and improve internal operational processes and procedures.
- Train staff on processes and supervise implementation to ensure effectiveness and accuracy.
4. Propose and Improve (15%)
- Observe, listen to feedback from departments and customers to propose process improvements.
- Evaluate operational effectiveness and suggest optimization solutions to minimize errors and increase productivity.
- Apply technology in processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Support and Other Assigned Tasks (15%)
- Support stores and related departments when issues arise in internal sales operations.
- Act as a bridge between HQ and stores to resolve issues quickly.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Good communication skills
2. Experience in writing manuals and operating procedures
3. Good command of spoken and written English
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
5. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks
6. Experience in B2B sales is a plus
