With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Client Relationship Management
Communicating with clients to ensure that the values of the service are well explained and all client’s needs are understood and addressed
Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new clients
Project and Process Management
Manage projects within client relationships, working to achieve client goals while meeting company objectives.
Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate the fulfillment of client needs.
Resolve complaints and track all processes related to client desires, improving processes to prevent additional issues
Reporting and Analysis
Generate progress reports to present to clients and higher-ups within the organization.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services and contribute to continuously improving the company's services
Training and Support
Support clients training materials.
Ensure that all processes and documentation align with quality standards and client needs
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in business or economics related fields.
Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier-client relationship management including market research, supply chain operations, digital marketing and sales
Skills
Good in Emotional intelligence, social and listening skills.
Exceptional negotiation, communications and presentation skills.
Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
Critical thinking and creativity in problem solving
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Adaptability, Quick learner on technology.
Experience
Minimum 1 years of experience.
Preferably from platform(s) and/or managing a brand's eCommerce business. Advanced knowledge and understanding of the eCommerce industry/ technology/ market/ competitors/ clients would be a plus.
