Mô tả Công việc

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategy development & Implementation:

  • Execute, monitor, and evaluate Learning & Development strategies and programs
  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to make sure that people development plans are aligned with company strategies and vision

2. People & Organization Development:

  • Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define learning & development needs, assess functional competency gaps, create and manage training plans and budgets.
  • Deliver and manage training programs and individual development plans for employees
  • Deliver training courses and initiatives (soft skills, induction training, leadership development, etc.)
  • Engage stakeholders in promoting and utilizing E-Learning systems
  • Take part in people development projects (e-Learning, coaching, learn and share sessions, etc.)

3. Culture building:

  • Design and implement initiatives, events, and programs to promote Heineken culture and behaviors
  • Analyze annual employee survey results, help stakeholders develop solutions, and take actions for improvement
  • Foster a learning culture through knowledge-sharing initiatives, cross-functional collaboration programs, etc.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource, Psychology, Technology or Science, etc,
 

Experiences/skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Learning Design, or related fields
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Customer-oriented and Data-driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  • Advanced Excel and data analytical skills
  • Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
