1/ Develop and manage communication and fan engagement strategies:
Build and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the image, brand recognition, and fan engagement with the league and teams.
Create activities and programs that encourage fan participation, such as player meet-and-greet events, autograph sessions, and social media interactions.
2/ Manage public relations (PR) and social media:
Establish and maintain good relationships with media agencies, press, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Oversee official communication channels like the website, social media, press, and other media platforms
to ensure consistent and effective information dissemination.
3/ Content creation and information management:
Be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing communication content such as press releases, articles, videos, and promotional materials.
4/ Develop fan communities and organize events:
5/ Collect and analyze fan feedback:
Gather opinions and feedback from fans through surveys, interviews, and social media channels.
Analyze data to better understand fan needs and desires, and propose improvements for the league and teams.
6/ Crisis Management:
Develop crisis communication plans to protect the league’s and teams' reputation.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or negative media situations.
7/ Support marketing and sponsorship activities:
Coordinate with marketing and related departments to develop and implement advertising and sponsorship campaigns to attract fans and sponsors.
Create attractive sponsorship and advertising packages for potential partners based on fan engagement with the league.
