NPI New Version Engineer

Handle the creation and release of new product version in collaboration with cross functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. Collaborate with cross functional teams to qualify and launch new products/combos to mass production.
2. Handle the creation and management of new product data, ensure proper review and approval.
3. Create, update, convert and troubleshoot issues related to EBOM, MBOM.
4. Collect and manage product documentation: specs, drawings, test results etc.
5. Initiate change request and follow up for approval and implementation.

This position will be based in Cu Chi Factory, Ho Chi Minh City. Shuttle bus from District 1, 9, 11, 12, Binh Thanh, Hoc Mon, Tan Binh, Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or related fields.
2. 2-3 years in product data management, material planning or related business.
3. Familiar with the manufacturing environment and production workflow.
4. Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP...) and PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill...).
5. Knowledge of product qualification and/or change management processes is a plus.
6. Know-how of BOM, specs, and document management.
7. Basic technical drawing understanding.
8. Good computer skills and data management.
9. Able to create a clear and precise report.
10. Good English communication. Mandarin Chinese is a big plus.
11. Team player, good interpersonal skills.
