Assist the line manager with daily administrative duties and complete a variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of meetings, and appointments; completing reports; preparing correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans, hotel accommodations, itineraries, and agendas, compiling documents for meetings and preparing presentations
Attend internal and external meetings with the Director
Take action points and write minutes then follow up with HoDs
Communicate directly and on behalf of the Director with HoDs, general staff
Coordinate the meetings between the Director with HoDs and activities as requested
Maintain confidential filing, and contact information and liaise with related parties to complete the requested document
Check and review all proposals and documents received, summarize the documents, report the content and give an opinion before submitting to CEO approval
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Various ad hoc requests

Minimum of 1 – 2 years as Assistant, General Secretary for Director of the operating in the e-commerce field, with special priority to having acknowledged of the economic, project management, finance & procurement field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Economics or a related field
