Allocate the job of team members for implementation, control, adjust the workflow for teams to comply with KPI.
Co-operate with other departments/other companies, in Group, residents to handle the issues in work.
Support budget for departments, company, complexes preparation. Control actual vs budget for departments, company, complexes.
Liaise with software company to handle the requirements/issues related, prepare, control the milestone for software improvement or go live new software
Work with internal/external audit, authority, counter party relating to accounting/tax works

At least 6 years experience
Experience in property management, Hospitality, Real estate, or service in advance
Strong experience in AR, AP/GL
Experience in leading the accounting team members
Good communication skill both Vietnamese & English
