To build strategic development plans to ensure effective management of the product portfolio and product life cycle to optimize market share and profitability, contribute the achievement of business targets
To integrate and deploy the global strategies at the country level
To develop/renew product pricing and positioning strategies
To translate product strategy into detailed requirements to the level of internal customers (Sales Team) and external customers
To consolidate and build product awareness and understanding
To design strategy with product positions to achieve new product development’s objectives
To drive product launches
To identify and maintain KOLs to collaborate with Virbac on different topics and enhance brand value
To directly report to the General Manager.
Bs/Ms in Veterinary
At least 5 years of experience in veterinary industry and 3 years in marketing in companion animal are required
Thorough knowledge of marketing processes (theoretical and operational) and related tools
Knowledge of the markets and veterinary products for pets
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Ability to use financial analysis tools and techniques / to use business intelligence tools
Proficient English and computer skills
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and data-driven thinking
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Mobile, influential, customer focused, cross-functional
