PRODUCT SETUP SPECIALIST

• Generating and Setting up new SKUs for Lovepop's new products/core products on the systems:

  • With eCommerce product detail page (PDP):

    • Provides information on a specific product. This information includes size, price, shipping information, description, images/ video/ GIF, and other relevant information customers want to know before purchasing.

    • Ensure that all sold products are set up accurately and timely.

• With ERP System (Manufacturing & Distribution):

  • BOM configuration and provides all other general information related to manufacturing of products.

  • Implement and instruct new SKUs for the Production department, ensure the production system runs correctly and smoothly through all functions/ work flows of the manufacturing process.

  • Calculating manufacturing costs of new products, analyzing cost trending.

• Making quick changes to adapt with the flexibility of manufacturing, sale campaigns, etc

• Collaborate with the US team for Site Merchandising (Product Sorter, Tags and Collection Management): Arrange products on the website to help customers find them most easily, audits site content and product pages to improve site experience across retail sites

• Register product copyright, take responsibility from copyright registration to approval and system update.

• Build and improve the process and other documents

• Perform other jobs as assigned by the line manager.

Desired knowledge, experience, skills

• 1 - 2 years of work experience in related positions is a plus.

• Understanding of manufacturing, product development processes, ERP systems and eCommerce site management.

• Flexible in working time and ability to communicate in English with the US team. (TOEIC 650+, IELTS 5.5+, ect…)

• Ability to iterate and pivot quickly based on feedback and requirement changes.

• Logical thinking, careful, hardworking, patient and cautious (to ensure the accuracy of figures, texts).

• Love to work with computers.

• Solves problems independently related to their direct responsibilities.
