The Recruitment & Training Staff is responsible for talent acquisition and learning & development to ensure that all relevant assigned works are implemented accurately and in a timely manner as the regulations of the Company and relevant Laws, Standards.
Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group.
Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the employee's abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors.
Being responsible for full cycle of recruitment from sources of candidates, job postings, CV screening, interviewing and selection to onboarding.
Being responsible for training & development such as training need analysis (TNA), training plan, implementation of orientation/ annual refresh trainings and other trainings as required by the company.
Preparing and monitoring offer letters, labor contract, renewal of labor contract, appendix of labor contract.
Controlling and updating job descriptions, organization chart of each department and the whole company.
Working with Media Team for internal communication, monthly newsletter posting of company’s relevant activities and events.
Being in compliance with relevant works to meet requirement of local labor laws and customer’s standards.
Taking other tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month. * Company Car for picking up staff from HCM / Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh

University/ College graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, English or relevant fields
At least 1 year of experience in relevant position
Experience in mass recruitment in industry of manufacturing, footwear, plastics, etc. is a plus
