Remittance Officer - International Banking Department , Head Office

- Organize and operate the SWIFT system.

- Receive and reconcile the quantity of incoming messages through SWIFT.

- Follow up inward remittances routing to branches in SPS system and ensure that the inward remittances are transferred timely to the correct branches.

- Check and trace for the outstanding inward remittance pending for Cover payment.

- Guide branches to investigate or return the fund in case of necessity.

- Send and monitor the response for incoming SWIFT messages to branches/ other departments through SWIFT TRANSIT module.

- Prepare outgoing messages as per branches/ other departments’ request, as well as demand from Int’l Banking Dept.

- Take shift in operating the SWIFT system daily as per schedule, check the successful status of outgoing messages and notify their status to branches by system

- Check the reports for monitoring the routing of SWIFT messages in the end of the working day

- File and preserve accounting documents relating to Int’l Banking Dept. at Head Office periodically as regulated by prevailing regulations.

- Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree and above in Banking, Foreign Trade, Finance, Economics or similar

- Having experience and knowledge in overseas remittance and Vietnam banking regulations (foreign exchange control, tax, customs, etc.) is a plus.

- Skills of problem solving & decision making, collaboration & teamwork, presentation and communication

- Language: Toeic from 600 or equivalent, fluency in English and Chinese is a plus
