Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing (Australia), providing regular updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to exploit them.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Address client concerns and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and
development opportunities.
Sales Operations Management: Oversee the management of the main sales email and ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests, including quotes and invoices. Ensure that the sales process is streamlined and efficient.
Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and new
opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Sales and Marketing based on market analysis and client feedback.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the Head of Sales and Marketing. Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate and lead sales meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items. Plan and execute sales events, conferences, and marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
Travel and Calendar Management: Assist with travel arrangements for sales-related activities and optimize the Head of Sales and Marketing's schedule to prioritize key sales activities and meetings.
Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between the Sales Team in Vietnam and the Head of Sales and Marketing in Australia, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration. Ensure that relevant information is communicated effectively and promptly.
Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support as needed, taking initiative to address challenges proactively and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
