Mô tả Công việc

  • Managing assigned accounts to achieve budgeted revenues for the current year, along with future year pre-booking goals
  • Securing and maximizing all sales opportunities from the determined market (Groups Segment
  • Develop/ maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers
  • Ensure the preset monthly Individual Sales targets are achieved or exceeded by soliciting past and new business
  • Assist in the development of the Sales and Promotion plan for each property
  • Establish a regular sales call pattern for meeting with principles of target markets
  • Conduct targeted, results driven sales calls
  • Forecast, analyze and report on Sales results
  • Record all sales activities within the Salesforce system. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
  • Liaise closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and regular communication of sales activities
  • Actively source new accounts and develop existing accounts to meet the yield objective of the hotel from these market segments
  • Assist the Group Director of Sales in developing strategic sales plans where necessary
  • Effectively measure and report on a timely basis, sales results with updated strategies and competitor information as required.
  • Maintain regular contact with key contacts in the appropriate market segments and sales calls
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Effectively communicate with clients in a friendly and positive manner
  • Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures
  • Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike
