Mô tả Công việc

Atlas Copco Vietnam is looking for Service Sales Engineer (Aftermarket sales) based in Hanoi for the North territory.

The Mission of the Service Sales Engineer is to accelerate growth of the service (aftermarket) revenue and profitability in the assigned territory. (S)he is a member of the Air Compressor Service in Atlas Copco Vietnam and reports to the Business Line Manager Sales & Marketing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Grow the total solution air compressor service's revenue and profitability in a sustainable way
  • Proactively drive to increase the 1-1 ratio of the installed base, overhaul, connectivity, licenses...
  • Increase the service contracts for highest customer value (Extended warranty, Total Care...)
  • Improve customer satisfaction, pro-actively obtaining feedback and acting adequately to customer feedback
  • Drive pro-active sales through developing competence development and using the available sales tools to the fullest potential

Requirements:

  • Strong aftermarket sales track record
  • 2+ year experienced in industrial product sales, service sales, automation sales
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Having a driving license is preferred

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

What we expect from you:

·       Maximize service sales revenue in terms of Service ladder sales, leads generation, market share

·       Take good care of existing customers, increase install base

·       Fast to learn new product and growth mindset.

-       Have good knowledge of the competition

Experience

·       At least 01 year experience in Service sales for industries. Prefer sales experiences from distributors, dealers, resellers...

·       Service sales history

·       Good understanding of Industrial companies in North Vietnam.

·       Prefer candidate with command of English or Chinese

·       Strong persuasion skills, able to deliver technical presentations.

·       Having driving license is a must (B2 license)

Personal affinity

·       Can-do and goal achiever. Record breaker is expected

·       Aggressive in sales

Education & knowledge

-        University or College. An engineering or economic degree is preferable.

-        Knowledge of the compressed air industry and applications is an advantage.
