We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who possesses a unique blend of expertise in both mass recruitment and executive-level hiring, combined with strong management skills. This individual will lead our recruitment efforts across a wide range of positions, from high-volume, salesforce roles to senior leadership positions, all while managing and developing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local labor market, superior sourcing techniques, and the ability to lead and drive high-performance teams to meet hiring objectives in the fast-paced Vietnamese market.
Key Responsibilities:
Mass Recruitment Expertise:
Lead large-scale recruitment initiatives, filling high-volume roles across various industries, ensuring that recruitment timelines and quality of hires meet organizational needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that tap into both passive and active candidate pools, utilizing job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and more.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure that hiring goals are met efficiently.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mass recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to offer.
Executive Recruitment Leadership:
Oversee the recruitment of senior executives and high-level professionals, including C-suite, directors, and department heads, ensuring a fit with both the technical and cultural needs of the organization.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior industry professionals, headhunters, and other executive talent sources to attract top-tier talent.
Lead the executive search process, including candidate assessment, negotiation, and final placement.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on the talent pool, compensation trends, and succession planning.
Team Management & Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in various recruitment areas, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Provide guidance and training on best practices for both mass recruitment and executive search, ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary for success.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and create individual development plans to enhance recruiters' skill sets and career progression.
Sourcing Strategy & Candidate Engagement:
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies that align with both short-term and long-term hiring needs across all levels of the organization.
Ensure proactive candidate engagement, maintaining relationships with a network of professionals to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruitment methods for improved results.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
Champion the company’s employer brand, ensuring that potential candidates have a positive perception of the company throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure all candidates, whether applying for mass roles or executive positions, have a seamless, transparent, and positive experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, providing regular reports to senior management.
Utilize recruitment analytics to adjust strategies and improve efficiencies in both mass and executive recruitment processes.
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new technologies and methods to improve the recruitment process.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up to date with legal and market changes and adjust recruitment strategies to stay competitive and compliant.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Experience:
At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in both high-volume mass recruitment and executive search.
Minimum 2-3 years in a management or leadership role, with the ability to mentor and lead a recruitment team effectively.
Demonstrated experience sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates across a wide range of roles, from operational to executive positions.
Skills:
Expertise in utilizing multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, headhunting, and recruitment agencies.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and hiring regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and other software.
Management Skills:
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team development and high performance.
Ability to manage a diverse recruitment team, set clear goals, and drive results.
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
Desirable:
Familiarity with compensation trends in Vietnam and the ability to advise hiring managers on competitive offers for both mass and executive-level roles.
Experience working with multinational organizations or in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
