Job Description

PERSOLKELLY's client - an MNC company in environmental services industry, is URGENTLY looking for 01 Finance cum HR - Admin Officer for their Representative Office based in Ho Chi Minh City with details as follow:

Location: Binh Thanh Dist, Ho Chi Minh City

Working time: Mon – Fi

Finance works:

- Process payment to vendors, subcontractors, staffs.

- Preparing monthly Expense Report to regional site.

- Checking staffs’ EC.

- Liaise with person in charge for bank / tax issues.

- Filing accounting documents.

HR works:

- Perform HR related activities such as recruitment, performance review, insurance renewal & benefits administration.

- Support and implement Company’s HR initiatives.

- Responsible for providing monthly payroll advice and any reports to submit Authority.

- Support for new hirers with email account creation request and other IT connection support when needed and request to delete email account when there are leavers.

- Responsible for all offer letters, employment contracts and termination process.

- Coordinate with HR administrative outsourcing for any matters related to HR.

- Support employees with any HR issues, monitor the timesheet to make social reporting.

- HR related support for projects in Vietnam site

Admin works:

- In liaison with other administrators in other Regional Branches to support traveller to the Country when there is due diligence trip, site visit, meetings if any.

- Responsible for office petty cash and manage office supplies (stationery, coffee, etc.); meeting room booking, guest receiving.

- Support in logistical preparation for office staffs such as transportation, flight ticket booking, hotel booking, visa and work pass obtainment for expatriates, if any.

- Support in office lease management, renewal etc

- Receive and deliver documents, goods.

Job Requirement

  • Min 5 years relevant experience in Accounting is required
  • HR & Administration experience is an advantage
  • Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or relevant background
  • Good English communication (write, read, speak, listen)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill and team work
  • Proficient Microsoft Office application (word, power point, excel…)
  • Hard working, pro-active, enthusiasm, dynamic, ability to meet deadlines
  • Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working experience with Multi-national Company is an advantage
