Job Summary:
The Influencer Management Executive - Service Operation is responsible for expanding and managing our network of creators. This role involves acquiring new creators, categorizing them, building strong relationships, and managing their campaigns to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in MCNs or platforms with affiliate programs and possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Creator Acquisition: Identify and onboard new creators to join the OP network.
· Creator Categorization: Classify creators based on criteria such as category, product, commission rates, etc.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with each creator, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
· Client Bookings: Receive and manage bookings from brands, negotiating with creators to carry out livestream and video activities.
· Campaign Management: Oversee and manage creator campaigns across the company, ensuring they align with brand objectives and KPIs.
· Performance Tracking: Track and report the performance levels of each creator, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
· Team Collaboration: Report to the Affiliate Manager of the Service Operation team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Background in MCNs, platforms with affiliate programs, or similar environments.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, categorization, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in tracking and reporting creator performance.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
