- Expand new area/ new region
- Manages the Selling of SMBVL Products in his Assigned Sales Territory
- Ensures Availability of Appropriate SMBVL Brands per Outlet Type
- Manages the Conduct of Merchandising and Promotions Activities based on Plans and Programs
- Management of Trade Outlets through Dealers, Dealer Sales Persons and Account Executives
- Management of Trade and Consumer based Sales Information for Planning and Decision Making purposes
- Management of Credit Issuances and Collections
- Building, Maintaining Goodwill and Enhancing Customer Relations
- Training and Development of Zone Sales Supervisor, Account Executives, Dealers and Dealer Sales Persons.
- Proper management of Financial Resources of his assigned Region Delivers SMBVL Monthly and Annual Sales Volume and Revenue targets
- Bachelor's/University degree in economics, commerce, business administration or equivalent training.
- Experienced in the areas of Sales operations with at least 3 years in similar position in beverages/wine/beer industries (have good relationship, customer database with distributors), preferably in multinational companies.
- Thorough knowledge of Sales system, Markets and business practices in Vietnam.
- Effective English oral and written communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
