Position: Business Development Executive - Insurance

Responsibility
- Maintain client database and profile, contact and support all client's requests regarding the covers of insurance contract - Retain/ increase renewal premium or new premium from renewal business - Prepare offer, quotation, and negotiate with insurers to arrange renewal - Follow-up and manage outstanding premium of assigned accounts - Proceed with cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets - Initiate and maintain customer service activities to improve customer trust and loyalty - Cooperate with relevant Department in risk surveys, risk management activities, and other services for clients - Develop new businesses on assigned insurance classes/lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels - Other tasks as required.
- Working location: Ba Dinh district, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 12,000,000~25,000,000VND

Requirements<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: any - Age: 24 - 35 - Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Business Administration or Insurance is preferable - Experiences: At least 2 years of experience as Sales Staff or Business Development Staff in the non-life insurance industry, especially about property, liability, healthcare - Language: English - Business Level - Others: + Confident, dynamic, and very proactive, decision-making and critical thinking + Self-motivated, initiative, maintains a high level of energy + Accuracy and attention to details + Tolerant and flexible, adjusts to different situations
