Own and being fully responsible for the P&L of Vietnam market
Review and improve a good go-to-market model in Vietnam, work closely with our distributors in Vietnam
Define right product assortment by channel together with regional marketing and HQ product team
Establish, review and analyze product pricing structure
Develop channel development plan with distributor(s), perform product presentations to potential wholesalers & retailers
Develop, recommend, and gain Management approval of the annual business plans
Supervise the execution of the promotion plan to ensure the efficient and effective use of approved budgets
Work closely with HQ’s functional groups to ensure full compliance of corporate policies and procedures at country level

Ideally s/he possesses
A bachelor degree, and 8 years of solid experience in sales and business development, preferably from FMCG (esp. paper tissue, wet wipe, sanitary napkin), beauty (facial cleansing), or baby-care category, with minimum 2 of it at managerial position
Has experience in managing distributors independently
Has experience in dealing with national and local key accounts/ modern trade
Hands-on experience with beauty, pharmacies & baby-care chains is a plus

Have strong people and negotiation skills, able to deal effectively with all parties to execute the sales and marketing plans

Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin
