Handling internal and administrative tasks assigned by the CEO
Managing the CEO’s calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments with partners and other relevant events.
Responsible for receiving messages and information from the CEO and delivering to relevant internal parties. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments. Analyze and review employees performance and report to the CEO.
Provide assistance with tasks related to human resources, marketing, company culture or internal events.
Help advise the CEO on any prospective plan or business strategy. May be asked to make decision on behalf of the CEO in urgent matters while the CEO is absence.
Conduct other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Economic, Law, Marketing, Psychology, Business Management … or related-fields.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Good working knowledge of Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
