Be in charge of:
-HR planning: hiring process, newbie's onboarding and orientation training, evaluation systems
- Performance Management: Implementing and overseeing performance management processes
- Benefits Administration: Administering employee benefits such as health insurance and other company-specific benefits.
- HR Administration: manage payroll, update HR policies.
- Labor Management (contract/attendance management, union support)
Qualifications:
-Language: fluency in English
- 2-3 years of practical experience in HR management area
- Bachelor's/Master's degree program in HR, Business, or other relevant fields.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
