1. Process adherence
· Monthly/Quarterly/Annual review process support to GTM Head -Projects as per defined templates
· Standard inputs for Sales and Marketing meetings and country CR meetings
· Annual strategy review – coordinate and be the SPOC for preparing the strategy document
2. CRM Implementation and alignment to Global/ Regional guidelines
· Use of CRM Pro for prospect and lead management – starting from leads, flowing through visit records until closure
· Define and follow nomenclature, classifications and status updates in the CRM
· Coordinate with Professional Excellence on importing standard leads into CRM and assigning them as per geography/Key Account rules in the country
· Coordinate with Commercial Operations for all technical areas related to CRM and Paint Spec
· Own all data interfaces and reporting in coordination with SESA Sales Insights & Analysis
3. Pricing and CM% setup in CRM Pro
· Prepare, setup and modify floor CM in CRM in coordination with country Finance at defined frequency
4. Coordination
· Coordinate between key accounts team, Project sales team and MDO-Painter rep teams (drive smooth handing over and monitoring)
· SPOC for Paint and Coatings organization for coordination on common projects
5. Continuous improvement
· Record process improvement requirements with CE to ensure continuous improvement of CRM Pro performance
· Minimum a Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Commerce, Business Administration or similar with 5-8 years of experience in Paints, FMCG, Building material, Beverages Lubes etc.
· Experience of working in institutional sales and with large customers in construction/allied industry and managing medium size business team is an advantage
· Should have the ability to work along with a team of people both on and off roll
· Must be a self-starter, highly organized with good project management skills; ability to multi-task effectively with cross functional teams and meet deadlines
· Strong Microsoft skills
· Clear communication skills (written and verbal communication skills) and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
