- Supervise team member is efficiency working with correctly
- Co-operate and coordinate Customer Service team with other Departments
- Manage booking request and guide member to get/ send to clients or Sales
- Support and solve all requirements of customer (pick up and drop off containers, free time, closing time, SI cut off, customs clearance, goods insurance ....)
- Follow up, check, and update status of shipment and delivery; coordinate with client and internal department to solve the arising problem (if any)
- Responsible for the daily management of the operation, training staff
- Handle key account
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Bachelor degree in economics, foreign trade or related fields
- Year of experience: at least 5 years experienced in USA/ Canada route
- Good command of English, both of written and spoken
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure
- Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking
