Leadership and Management:
Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan.
Oversee daily operations and manage staff.
Client and Partner Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
Ensure efficient order processing and excellent customer service.
Supply Chain and Import Management:
Develop and manage relationships with international suppliers.
Oversee the import process and ensure compliance with regulations.
Financial Management:
Plan and forecast financial performance.
Control costs and ensure profitability.
Marketing and Business Development:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and expand market presence.
Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, F&B, or related field).
Experience: 5-7 years in a managerial role within the F&B industry or import/export.
Preferred certifications include MBA, CSCP, CPA, PMP, CPM, etc.
Skills: Leadership, management, negotiation, financial analysis, and proficiency in English.
