THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative E-commerce & Digital Innovation Manager to spearhead our online sales strategies and enhance our digital presence. The successful candidate will be adept at leveraging the latest technologies and AI-driven tools to achieve commercial success, drive KPIs, and continually improve customer experiences. A proactive approach to innovation and a strong technical background in e-commerce and digital marketing are essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. E-commerce Strategy and Management: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve customer experience. Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
2. Commercial Management: Develop and manage budgets, drive sales strategies, and oversee Key Account Management, Business Development, and Merchandising with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, while also creating comprehensive business plans and performance metrics to improve global operational efficiency.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the e-commerce and commercial operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Directly oversee the E-com Manager, Key Account Manager (KAM) / Merch Manager, Marketing Manager, and Merch & Sales Support Executive.
4. Digital Marketing and Analytics: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. Utilize analytics to monitor performance, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient supply chain operations, while managing global supply chain activities to ensure reliable product and service delivery. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely procurement of materials.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and online partners to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
7. Project Management: Manage key operational projects related to e-commerce and commercial activities, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
8. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and e-commerce performance.
