A. Training (50%)
- Support line manager to analyze the training needs to propose the annual training plan
- Search, evaluate from a variety of external training vendors to select the best one to provide appropriate programs.
- Conduct HR Orientation to new hires, soft skill training courses
- Deliver learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
- Coordinate with DAV internal trainer team to prepare training content that meets instructional goals and objectives. Cooperate with external vendor to
- Maintain and built-up learning database on SAP-LMS, ensure learning history being tracking and improving.
- Be able to provide history data, analysis, solutions, implementation, ongoing execution and development upon requests.
- Follow up before & after the courses, send reminder to participants for homework, action plan.
- Implement payment, record and keep track of training cost and budget.
- Provide up-to-date weekly and monthly reports
- Record training forms/ documents (both hard copies and soft copies)
B. Organizational development (50%)
- Prepare and proceed on SAP system for new employee's position.
- Maintain and improve data on SAP system to ensure its operate smoothly of OD fuctions-position/org chart/structure
- Assist with the process of rotation and promotion to ensure the system smoothly updated.
- Work closely with departments to maintain and update organization charts, their functions and duties.
- Support line manager to classify job family and job grade system.
- Assist line manager in restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Revise/ update/ make new forms as requested
- Be able to provide history data and make periodic reports as requested
- Cooperate with line manager to execute task-team projects.
- University degree.
- At least 4 years' experience in designing and delivering multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Experience as a trainer/facilitator is an advantage.
- Good at presentation skills.
- Good at PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc.).
- Experience in SAP-LMS is a plus.
- Good communication in English (both verbal and written).
- Able to work independently and under high pressure.
