MARKETING ADMIN – ABBOTT CORE DIAGNOSTICS (BASED IN HCM)

JOB PURPOSE:

• To support Commercial Director, Account Executive (AE) and Marketing team by administering the marketing information system and provide all other administration services for the sale department and staff.
• Scope: The Marketing Department in Abbott Diagnostic Division

MAIN RESPONBILITIES:

Marketing event support:

1. Pre-event:

• Prepare materials for events, such as: Request letter, Agreement, …
• Get approval for event from system (ACAS)
• Evaluate FMV and create contracts to make payments for HCPs through the system before event
• Raise PR, PO (to get approval for payment)
• Booking, work with vendors to prepare for event (meal & travel)

2. Post-event:

• Prepare docs according to payment checklist and implement payment: ACAS approval; Request letter; Agreement; …
• Prepare payment docs (Attendant list, ACAS approval, Payment check list)
• Update ACAS post approval
• Up SAP (to get approval for payment)

POSM:

• Manage POSM stock.

Other marketing related tasks:

• Assist in tracking and managing Marketing budget.
• Consolidate and prepare monthly plan.
• Input Accrual for next month.

Test compensation:

• Coordinate with AEs, Application, Service to check report, ticket, send for process.

PO related:

• Prepare soft file (COA, PI, Label, MSDS, …)
• Remove price, highlight item (Custom Clearance, Invoice, Packing List)

Meal, travel:

• Follow up, update using plan situation.
• Raise ACAS, TA.
• Send order and follow with Vendor.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background:

·       Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, etc.

Work Experience:

·       At least 1 year experience at the same level.

Professional Skill:

·       Working experience in Medical Devices is preferable

·       Good communication skill, independent.

·       Customer focus.

·       Time management.

·       Good in working arrangement, teamwork.

·       Honest, careful, patient, highly responsible.

Behavior/ Leadership Skill:

·       Apply Abbott Capabilities Framework.

Language Skill:

·       Good English Skills in Reading, Writing skills and basic English Communication.

Computer Skill:

Proficient in MS Office, especially good at Excel skills.
