JOB SUMMARY:
- Manages sales in, sale out supermarkets, hypermarkets, and health and beauty stores.
- Ensure products are well-displayed, promoted, and sold to maximize sales and market share.
- Area of Responsibility: Guardian South
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Mainly in charge of MT Channels, in specific:
- Sales Performance: Track sales, identify growth opportunities, and report KPIs.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed and promoted. Monitor inventory levels and avoid stockouts.
- Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotions and events, coordinating with KAM teams.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with retailers, address their concerns, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Team Management: Lead & manage a team of Sale Representatives/ Beauty Advisor. Provide training & feedback.
Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as Sale Sup in FMCG/Cosmetics industry.
- Bachelor's/ College degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within MT channel.
- Strong understanding of the modern trade landscape and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and software.
