To be implement on Loan Origination Product, including but not limited to Loan Origination System for Retail Customer, Loan Origination System for Corporate Customer, Internal Credit Bureau System and other directly related systems in this domain
Research about service related to this domain.
Proactively offer solutions, investigate, collect and analyze business requests about this domain. Design SRS for development. Design processes, reports, charts and formulas for business understanding about business and operation rules related to this domain
Design, develop, and deploy soulutions to actualize requirement analysis results in order to build up applications that can meet business requirements of this domain
Develop detailed documents, including analysis document, developing document, testcase, SOM documents of change requests for this domain.
Manage vendors, services quality of vendors/other service providers related to this domain and take full responsibility on their services.
Level 2 and Level 3 support for the corresponding systems in this domain, which provides expertise to fulfill all customer requests, according to the IT Service SLA.
Being responsible to resolve and/or managing other domain lead to resolve incidents and problems related to customer in this domain in a timely manner, which minimize the business lost.
Proactively propose IT service process improvements, changes in system, business process changes related to this domain.

1. Trình độ Học vấn
Specialized in IT, Banking and Finance, MBA/Bachelor’s degree and above
2. Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience
Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products.
Master of document BRD/ SRS/ FSD to describe Banking Products/processes
Experience in Software Analysis and Design, preferably using UML
Working with individual systems in LOS and Loan Processes

5- 10 experience in Software Development
Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 3 years
