As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring the success of our human resources initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees and management alike.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management
- Perform talent acquisition to recruit suitable talents and build a talent pipeline to support business needs
Develop talents by setting up structured local initiatives that contribute to the improvement of the organization
2. Learning & Development Management
- Design and deliver employee L&D plans, by identifying training needs through internal / external resources and developing an annual training plan for all employees
3. HRBP Management :
- Partner with line managers in designated functions, provide guidance/advice to decisions impacting people, in order to maximize company performance, morale and productivity.
- Understand and monitor the people metrics and work in collaboration with line managers to improve the metrics, hence improve the efficiency and productivity of the respective functions.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Deliver employee relations activities and specific communication to employees in department, including discipline consultation
- Proactively seek understanding of retention/ engagement issues and propose solutions to manage retention and support retention better in in-charge teams
- Building and developing corporate culture activities
4. CnB Management:
- Lead, coach and develop junior staff in the delivery of effective and efficient services to clients in payroll, leave management and tax filling services
- Ensure payroll process & services quality are delivered in high quality & timely manner
- Enhance payroll systems and provide e-Solutions
QUALIFICATIONs:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Manager and have strong knowledge of HRBP.
- Team management experience is a must.
- Having strong written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Data analysis skill and knowledge of HR systems.
- Good at problem solving skill, People oriented, results driven, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the company and an ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
